hi I hope you can help me with this problem today my cel not want turn apretba the power button and only pantaya was put in black and so remained 2 seconds connecting to load and I funsiono well do not know why this happened if I had average battery

because you must have it out of battery, you should load it with the phone turned off and not use it while charging
