Do you want to download an app from the Google Play Store on your Android smartphone, or update an existing app, then it can happen that you, the error is displayed on the display 927. A download or update an app is no longer possible, which is of course annoying. The cause of this is due to a software problem with the Google Play store in combination with your phone, usually caused by an update, which has not been properly integrated. We now want to explain how to fix the error 927 in the Google Play Store on your Android smartphone.

For this, please open the home screen from the main menu and then the settings of Android. In these, please go to the application manager. If you are using an Android version 4.1.2 higher, you have to go through the tab "Options" or "General" to access to the application manager.

If you opened this, switch on the "All" by swiping to the left across the screen. You will see an alphabetical list of all applications installed on Android right. Search here for "Google Play Store" and tap the entry, if you have found him. It now opens a map with various App information. In these you will find a button with "Uninstall updates". When you tap this button, any updates to the Google Play Store app be deleted. This corresponds to a resetting of the App Store and Google Play will solve the problem with the error 927. Now tap so on the "Uninstall updates".

Start the new Android phone and then open the Google Play Store. When you download an app, or application from the Market, the 927 error is no longer appear on your Android smartphone.

Hello!

Those who were not resolved by deleting data from the "Google Play Store", like me, you delete data from the "Download Manager".
Settings / Applications / Manage Applications / All / Download Manager.
To me it has worked for me and I found it in a post xda.

Actually, the error 927 is generated when losing connection to the server during an attempt to download and displays the play when he is unable to perform the / s download / s relevant / s.

Select the "Applications" menu, or "Application Manager"
See you in the column "All"
Scroll down the alphabetical list to the "Google Services Framework" tab
Press "Clear Data"
The download should now work. Otherwise, download the application from Google Play from your computer, and then try again again on your smartphone or tablet.

Note that this error is caused by a bug in Google Play, not your device. One can only hope that Google corrects the near future.
