1. Go into SETTINGS
2. Then Select Apps (Select the 'ALL' Tab)
3. Select 'Google Services Framework' and Clear Data
4. Select Google Play and Clear Data There Too
5. Reset Your device

It worked for me

I can not get into Google store any longer. My device now says that it can not connect to the server, after following the five steps.

(10min. Later) I was able to Google store back, but I am still getting error 194.

Will we could confirm whether the common steps already made? I mean, clear cache, stop the application, delete data, remove and replace the account, among others?

Of not having done the test and how we have turned comets. luck

solutions:
Delete your Google account (Settings -> Accounts -> Google), reboot your device and resave your account.
Settings -> Applications -> All -> Google Services Framework, click Delete Data and End.
