Check in information tab "Manage manually music .."
In iTunes> Preferences remove Sync History.
Connect your iPhone and let iTunes do its usual backup.
The backup is complete, click on the iPhone to bring up the tabs (information, video, music, etc ..)
By clicking on one, apparaiteront the Music menus / Ringtones / information etc ..
In the Music tab, uncheck the synchronization options, do the same for each "Podcast" tab, "Videos"
In the end no data should be synchronized, click "Apply".
Once done, click the button below right: "Synchronize".
You should see the end of the free space on the iPhone's capacity bar
Return to the previous tabs and check back music, podcasts etc.
Re-sync your iPhone
