error processing purchase. [BM-CCH-17]

1. Open the Settings app.

 2. Tap Applications.

 3. Select the All tab. 

4. Locate and tap Google Services Framework. 

5. Select the Clear data button. 

6. Tap OK on the warning that appears.

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Accounts and Sync.
3. Select Google Account.
4. Tap Remove Google Account.
5. Now it will ask you to reenter a Google Account. (I chose to use a new google account, it will ask you to set up a credit card)
6. Please Enter the account.
7. Go back to settings.
This should work now for you to make purchases. If not, continue to the following:
8. Select Application Manager.
9. Select ALL.
10. Choose Google Play Store.
11. Tap Force Stop.
12. Tap Clear Data.
13. Tap Clear Cache.
