Solution : Google Play clear cache, data, and try again
Clear the cache of the Google Play app and delete the data: Further proposed solution to remedy the error. For this you go to Android Settings -> Applications and then there best to "All". Will search the list for Google Play.
Now you will find there (as shown in the screenshot) Clear data and Clear cache. Both Tap and then restart the store again.
