Commonly, these errors are in fact due to an incorrect setting of the system clock.

By setting the current time, everything should return to normal.

... Now it seems though you whenever your pc acendi the date and time you have unpacked despite the abia already set (this is cmq I understood from your request) and continue to do so each time you reboot. If you have already reinstalled the entire operating system (oh anke for some trivial reason) the problem should have been solved if it was a system error. At this point the only thing that comes to mind and that there might be a technical malfunction of your motherboard in the battery that keeps stored data on the date and time ... or that the battery is injured ... I advise you to consider this option and contact a computer store to ask questions about it !!!
