Back in 2012, Google decided to perform a play that seem to me was correct. Development options are not necessary for all type of users. Consider for a moment the heterogeneity of Android, and imagine different types of users in front of these options.

Given this, Google decided to hide a bit, so that only users who really intend to use can activate them. D how to activate them is not complicated, and is the same for all devices. We know that the operation is very simple, but many users need this information at least the first time you are going to do.

We will go to Settings, and then to the "About Device". Once we're inside we'll run down the list and look for the "Build Number" option.

Although what we'll ask you sound strange and unorthodox, now will press repeatedly on "Build number" nine times, until we get the message to announce that we are now developers.

If we now return to the previous screen you will see the option "Development" is already on. It's that easy.

Once we enter a lot of options available to us from the famous USB Debugging to see the beats on screen.
