The hard reset is done in a similar way in almost all Android devices, however, sometimes they change some steps that are key to perform the reset, so you must fulfill all of them in the order indicated:
- The first thing to do is back up all the data we have, because after the hard reset, your mobile will be as it came from the factory, so both our applications and files are deleted.
- Once we have the backup stored in a safe place, the next step is to turn our LG G4.
- On again, but holding the volume down key while the power button, thus burn the phone in Recovery mode.
- Once the Recovery menu select the wipe data / Factory reset. Scroll using the Volume keys and select with the power button.
- Select the Yes option on the next screen.
It will begin the process of erasing the memory. Once it ends, you must select the reboot system now option.
