required:

- Samsung Galaxy GT-S5570 (I emphasize this model because it was using to perform the Wipe or Reset Factory (Reset the phone to factory settings, or blank without applications only with the operating system).
- Samsung Kies (This would become the Administrator to provide the company Samsung or as it is known in English by some as "Manager" or "Desktop Manager" with it may perform Backup, Restore Backup and one of the major upgrade firmware or OS on your phone among other options).
- Battery charged at 50% or more.

Explanation: The directory's performed and is aimed at those many Android users who lose / forget the "E" or "key" or 2 things and can not use your phone for the simple fact that it is locked and can only be receive calls.

As in any process or guide there is always a risk that is present drawbacks so I ask you to follow the steps carefully to avoid possible errors. I also want to clarify that not try to update the system and leave half thinking that solves the problem (do not know if doing that unlocks is the first time you repair an Android so do not give up) as it may fail in any of the steps to take.

That said we can start making the Wipe or Reset Factory. If you have any questions comment and soon they'll help as far as I possibly can because I do not have an Android phone to guide and still am learning process.

Let's start:

Step 1: We proceed to turn off your phone by pressing the off button (Lo can be found on your right hand just above where the Micro SD memory inserted).

Step 2: already made the first step "Turning the Phone" proceed to press the following key combination for a few minutes or seconds (while powering up again), Key On / Off + Home (Home). In the next picture I leave a sample of this step if you do not understand illustrated by verbatim.

Step 3: Once the previous step the phone on and display the following screen.

Step 4: Once in the "Android System Recovery" screen or "Screen Android Recovery" choose the option that says Wipe data / factory reset (To position ourselves to move through the menu or use the Volume keys -Upload / Bajar-) and press the Home button then present a series of options, we must choose Yes to confirm.

Clarified that this process is fast, talk of seconds, we should not touch anything until finished. A look done and clarified this step will redisplay the Android Recovery Console.

Step 5: Now all we position ourselves on Wipe cache partition and perform the same procedure was performed in Step 4.

Clarified that as the process of Step 4 this is just as fast and do not touch anything while the cell makes the procedure.

Step 6: Go back to the menu of Android Recovery Console (cell shows us automatically after performing an action) and we can only select Reboot system now.

The phone will reboot and usually when we light as it is delivered, though the phone can make it misconfigured (I mean that is not as it had before, so hitting set the phone to our tastes).

Is that many worry to see that everything is now in English, do not worry just simply go to Menu then search "Setting" or as known in Spanish "Settings" and change the language of the cell.

Already done all these steps only remains to reinstall your applications and restore our backup made with Samsung Kies. I recommend performing the restoration once installed our applications to avoid losing contacts and others.
