Lumia 930 microphone problems

Hello, I recently bought a Lumia 930, I did a hard reset and install all updates. The strange thing is the microphone works in a telephone conversation, it works and it works perfect record videos with Cortana, but when using loudspeaker on a call, the other person will not listen.

Also if you use Shazam or another application to record audio, recording does not identify noises, but if I get really loud music and microphone next to the speaker, there captures a very soft sound.

I also got the "Hardware Test" (Amaze Pictures Inc.) application and also fails to record sound. Everything indicates a software bug me, but Cortana and voice call should not work, right?

Someone Special know how to enter the microphone sensitivity settings? Or any ideas? The phone is imported, so service sends me kicked off the premises.

My Lumia 930 the same problem happens.
Since about a month and a half, the microphone stopped working correctly; on the one hand to make calls with the speaker turned my correspondent can not hear as well as the tuner in my guitartuna not capture the sound of the guitar notes and voice recorder captures only an imperceptible sound. If you put the phone in landscape position the problem disappears..However when you turn it back to the portrait position it's there again and this can will be so every time you repeat this
