Hello, This Monday I bought two Samsung Galaxy S6 phones. Everything works perfect until yesterday afternoon, when between these two mobile galaxy S6 stops to make calls. When from one of them called the other appears 'Call ended' without sounding no dial tone. Instead we can call any other number ... If any of these two sim's put them in another old terminal we can make these calls, so we understand that it is not a network problem. We have called technical service and although there was no restriction Call the have returned to disable case. In the terminals we have not activated any restrictions. We've reset the two mobile to the factory settings. I updated one of them by Kies to the latest firmware and nothing. The problem is not solved. Anyone else has happened something similar? Finally what we will do is return the two terminals. Have any other solution? Thanks for all your answers, greetings!

Call ended

You wonder now with certainty why this is the case for your Samsung Galaxy S6 and what you can do about it. We want you to help now:

The cause is usually a bad connectivity to your wireless network. This can, for example, always happen when you find yourself in a place where there is no cellular connection. As an an example:

If you go up out of the basement and then want to make a call directly, it can "call terminated" to the message coming.

It is then sufficient in most cases just about 2 to 5 minutes to wait and then make the call. If you do not want to wait that long, then you should try your next:

Pulls down the status bar of your Samsung Galaxy S6 and then taps the button for the "flight mode" on. This means that all connections are terminated. Then disable Airplane mode again after about 10 seconds. This will now result in the be built to your mobile network immediately all connections.

It should now be possible without any problems to make a call with the Samsung Galaxy S6.

You know now, what to do when "Call ended" on your Samsung Galaxy S6, the message appears on the display.
