Update QuickTime

Open your Internet browser and go to the download page QuickTime Pro. Click on the "Buy QuickTime 7 Pro" for either Mac or Windows, and continues to display cart. Click the "Buy Now" button on the right side of the screen within the field "Product activation key". Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the process.

Check your email for the confirmation of the purchase and registration key 20 digits sent by Apple.

Open QuickTime. Click "Edit" and then select "Preferences" if you are running Windows, or "QuickTime" and "Preferences" if you run Mac OS X.

Enter your registration code 20 digits in the appropriate field and click "OK" to update your program instantly QuickTime Pro.

Opens new window QuickTime player. Drag and drop the icon of your video in the empty player window and lets you upload.

Move the playhead along the timeline of QuickTime to the place where you want to export the still image.

Click "Edit" and then select "Export" if you are running Windows. Click "File" and then "Export" if you're using Mac OS X to enter the "Export Options" screen.

Click the "Export" dropdown box and then select "Movie to Image". Press the "Options" button, select a still image format. Click "OK" to return to the "Export Options" menu.

Assign a name to your fixed image and select a location to save it to your hard drive. Click "Save" to export your screenshot. Repeat the steps as necessary for each still image.
