Problem to download apps on android sony [Solved]

Hello everyone !! this morning j esaie to download the application on Playstore from my sony xperia there is a message of error that is displayed on my screen. ERROR IN TELECHAGEMENT
an error has occurred (error during recovery of information from the server ((RPC: S-3)).
help me to understand this language. thank you

1) Click on the "Settings" icon on the Home screen

2) scroll to the "Device" section on the left of the page and click on "Applications"

3) at the top right of the page are four tabs: "download", "DISK ROM", "Running" and "ALL"

4) Click "All"

5) to scroll through the list and find "Google Services Framework", then click

6) on this page, click on "Force Stop" and then clicking on "Clear Data"

7) off the tablet by pressing the power button for several seconds, then restart it.
