  • Update to iTunes 7.5 or later. Open iTunes and select Help> Check for updates.
  • If the problem persists after the update, try the troubleshooting procedures in this document.
  • If you can not perform any update, make sure your user account contains only standard ASCII characters. * The different characters from those listed below are not supported.
