To remedy this, access the Internet, Check that SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 are selected then go to "Tools> Internet Options> Advanced" in the Security options, uncheck the option to "Check for server certificate revocation (requires restart)" .
Click "OK".
Close Internet Explorer and restart your PC.
