  • Trying to put your iPhone in DFU and remove content file in Device Support.
  • On Mac Navigate to ~ / Library / iTunes /. In the Finder you can choose Go> Go to Folder. Type or paste the path name above and click OK. - Delete all files in the "Device Support" directory. - Try to restore the iPhone again.

 

In Windows, these files are located in a hidden folder. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you select Tools> Folder Options, click View and then select "Show hidden files and folders". 

  • In Windows Vista, follow the instructions below: - Choose Start> Computer> Local disk and enter the following path: C: / users / [yourusername] / AppData / Roaming / Apple Computer / iTunes / - Delete all files in the Device Support directory. - Try to restore the iPhone again.
  • In Windows XP, follow the instructions below: - Choose Start> Run, and type C: / documents and settings / [yourusername] / Application Data / Apple Computer / iTunes / - Delete all files in the Device Support directory.
  • Above all it makes you download the following package iTunesMobileDevicePatchedBinaries
  •  If you're on a Mac, install the package as am: Rename the file MobileDevice MobileDevice.new and place it in the following folder /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MobileDevice.framework/Versions/A/
  • Your Mac will ask you to authenticate, enter your password and click on If you are on Windows XP / Vista "Okay." Rename iTunesMobileDevice.dll.new iTunesMobileDevice.dll file and place it in the following folder C: \ Program Files \ Common Files \ Apple \ Mobile Device Support \ bin Once the changes made, restart your computer. After performing this operation, you will utliser i Recovery to get your iPhone mode restores ..
