  • Main Solution utliser iRecovery.
  1. must be restored, get the error mentioned above, start iRecovery (-s iRecovery; setenv auto-boot true; saveenv; / exit), then restore again ..
  2. must be restored, get the error mentioned above, close itunes, itunes and restore and restart again.
  3. If you are on Mac:
  • Go to "/ System / Library / Extensions" and locate the "AppleMobileDevice.kext" file and delete it.
  • Then go to "/ Library / Receipts /" and locates the "AppleMobileDeviceSupport.pkg" file and delete it.
  • Go to "/ System / Library / LaunchDaemons /" and locate the file "com.apple.usbmuxd.plist" and delete it.
  • Then go to "/ System / Library / PrivateFrameworks" and locate "MobileDevice.framework" and delete it.
  • Empty Trash and restart the computer.
  • Télcharger and re install iTunes.
  • Then restore the iPhone again.
