Restoration problem.
Delete the update (in ~ / Library / iTunes / ...) and download it again.
If the steps in the section Error 3000-3999 do not resolve the problem, you may be able to resolve an error 3004 by closing iTunes and using the following command in the command-line utility: dscacheutil -flushcache.
