Problem with iTunes.
This may be produced if you use an older version of iTunes, if you have a network connection problem or a firewall-like protection system installed communication blocks certain ports to be opened for that iTunes to work properly ..
Uninstall and re-install iTunes (Cut your Firewall, and if you are using a WiFi connection when downloading, a privileged connection with your ethernet cable
