Why I can not install iTunes on windows 7?

When trying to install itunes on my mini laptop with windows seven, I get that windows installer can not complete the process because I need a program but not what is or what the problem ...
if anyone knows please help me.

Enters the control panel and give repair the itunes software update, that should solve the problem.
