How effects and filters used snapchat
Snapchat filters are not as easy to use as the other functions of the application. First, go to Settings and look for Additional Services. From there, you can activate the Smart Filters (intelligent filters that require snapchat have access to your GPS location and add speed, temperature or time to the picture) or Visual Filters (similar to Instagram visual filters). After activating the filters, you can scroll to the left or right to apply to any image you have saved.
Other configurations include a frontal flash, Replay (You can choose to receive a reproduction of a snapchat each day) and Special Text (larger font sizes for captions).
You can also change how you Best Friends. These best friends are users with whom you chat most frequently determined by a "magic algorithm snapchat friendship".
What is snapchat Stories?
The snapchat Story is basically a group of images you've captured and want to share for a period of 24 hours. Choose who can access your snapchat Story: friends, a custom list of users or the public. The snapchat Stories remain "live" for a period of longer than regular messages snaps or time, but self-destruct after 24 hours.
Snapchat privacy settings
One of the biggest concerns about snapchat is privacy. Although you can be sure that your images and photos will self-destruct after the number of seconds you chose, there are other ways to ensure the level of privacy you want. Go to the settings in Settings and select the option Who Can ... From there, you can control if you prefer that anyone or only your friends can send you messages and decide who can see your Stories. Create a custom list of blocked users if you want them to access your snapchat Story certain individuals in particular.
