How to Fix Shockwave Flash Crashes in Google Chrome

The Shockwave Flash Crash we experience when browsing sites with Flash content (like YouTube) is quite common. However, it has recently increased greatly "to the point that the navigation has become really annoying, and the use of sites like Youtube is a real pain in the ass.
This is very annoying, because the browser incident extensive and we have to update every page that had Flash content for the Shockwave Flash player to recharge. all progress, if any, and all the buffered content is lost while watching the video.

What causes it?

Google Chrome unlike other browser has a own internal Flash Plugin. By default, the Flash plugin installed on your (Windows / Mac) operating system is used.

All who use the Google Chrome browser ever stumbled upon this blessed error that videos, games or even whole pages that stay with yellow and black plate or mystical error that "The following plugin unresponsive: Shockwave Flash".

Why does this happen?

It happens when you have installed multiple browsers (such as Firefox and Chrome), and therefore each of them trying to install its own version of the Flash plugin, apart from the official that could be installed on the computer, and hence the conflict .

And how do I fix it?

It is resolved easily, simply disable all plugins of Flash least one. Sometimes there can be up to 3 plugins installed, so let's go over what we should leave the stand.

Steps to follow:

1. Open Google Chrome.

2. In the above address bar write about: plugins  and touch ENTER to take us to page Chrome plugins.

3. In the list that says seek the Adobe Flash Player . 
* If it says' Adobe Flash Player (3 files) ', is because you have installed Adobe, the Chrome and PepperFlash component. 
* If it says' Adobe Flash Player  (2 files) ', it is because you have installed the version of Chrome and PepperFlash. These two cases can cause crashes in Google Chrome when watching a page with Flash elements made ​​from banners to YouTube videos.

4. Now let's click on the link  + details  there on the top right of the page to expand the list of plugins.

5. We went down to the section Flash plugins and we will see a lot of details that can display up to three versions of Flash.

Application Data \ Google \ Chrome \ Application , or ... 7.  The solution to apply depends on how many plugins installed you see on this screen, and then reviewed the possible combinations:

 

If you have one single version: Chrome

  1. Unload and store on your computer the latest version of Adobe Flash. It has to be NON-IE (Plugin-based browsers) version, that is, it's not for Internet Explorer). We can download it from the official Adobe site here .
  2. We close the Google Chrome to install Adobe Flash smoothly discharged in the previous step. The current version provides the option to automatically update, so it is advisable for us to keep up this component.
  3. When finished, open Chrome and return to about: plugins . Now you should have 2 plugins (Chrome and Adobe).
  4. We click on the link to disable that is in the version of Chrome and will be highlighted in gray.
  5. We must verify that the version of Adobe figure Enabled . If you are disabled (grayed out) we have to click Enable.
  6. Chrome close, we open again. We tested a page with Flash. Must go:) 

 

If you have two versions: Chrome and Pepperflash

  1. We click Disable in the section of Pepperflash and will meet with a grayed background.
  2. Verify that the version of Chrome only remain Enabled. If Disabled (gray) have to click Enable.
  3. Chrome close, we open again. We tested a page with Flash. Must go:) 

 

If you have two versions: Chrome and Adobe (! Eye not Pepperflash)

  1. First Disable Flash version of Chrome. You will meet with background shading.
  2. We must verify that the version of Adobe figure Enabled . If you are disabled (grayed out) we have to click Enable.
  3. We close the Plugins tab.
  4. Unload and store on your computer the latest version of Adobe Flash. It has to be NON-IE (Plugin-based browsers) version, that is, it's not for Internet Explorer).  We can download it from the official Adobe site  here .

  3. We must verify  that the version of Adobe figure Enabled . If you are disabled (grayed out) we have to click Enable.
  4. We close the Plugins tab.
  5. Unload and store on your computer the latest version of Adobe Flash. It has to be NON-IE (Plugin-based browsers) version, that is, it's not for Internet Explorer).  We can download it from the official Adobe site  here .

Final verification
