The platform known Popcorn Time, which allows us to watch movies and online series, comes to Android in the form of application.
Although it has not been published in Google Play, the creators of this platform have posted the APK on your own servers so we can download it.
While we have already spoken of third party applications, now we can test this beta version to officially enjoy movies and series thereof.
Android officially receives the movies and Popcorn Time
As we downloaded the APK and install the application, we can both see a list of movies based on their covers as the series. Also, you can search by title that interests us:
If we choose a movie, we can see both the synopsis of it, as the trailer, score, duration or information regarding our options display: subtitles, quality ...
In contrast, if we go to series, we can choose the chapter you want to see. Although we miss here to see the titles of each chapter and not just the number that is.
Once we choose the video you want, you can simply wait for it to load a bit and we begin to see our favorite series, and can even choose subtitles you want to read.
The app itself is very easy to use and has design style Material Design, and the only downside that we see is that on certain occasions, when we want to see the video control bar to pause for example, only looks a small part of it (see picture gallery) instead of whole. But otherwise, it's a very interesting application for film buffs and lovers of the series.
For now the language is English, both application and content. But is it not a good time to practice with listening?
