iTunes error is said to be related with hardware issues, Apple explains this. However, Apple didn't give a practical solution to this, so just try the possible ways.

1. Update to latest iTunes before proceeding on

2. Use [third party software] to enter your device into recovery mode to fix this.

3. If still not work, try to update your iPhone on a Mac, because it is possibly the problem of Windows iTunes, so operate on a Mac to see if problems fixed.

You initiate restores, its not working, and yes when preparing iphone, tit a message arrives, and says: problem .... etc .... Error 1604 - 1602, or whatever you want. ..

I have a solution, I found on the net, after having, wanting Spent 3.1.2

Then it's simple ...

the solution is bete, normally with iTunes when you try to restore some point during loading "verification iphone ... and puff after crash and error, just before the crash must close the itune with CTRL + ALT + Delete.
You close the Itunes, and then after you restart Itunes and you start again the restoration and voila it works !!!!
