Sometimes, users of devices running Android OS when trying to download or update the application through the Google Play Store (formerly Android Market) faced with the message "the application could not be loaded due to an error 492". This error occurs when working with only a small number of applications Market, and most fortunately, is loaded completely normal. You can try to solve the problem yourself by doing a few simple manipulations. For example, you experience this error trying to update the application RockMelt. We solve the problem by simply removing the program and reinstall it in the Google Play Store. The process of eliminating the error 492 is as follows:

1. First, try to uninstall and reinstall the application. If this does not work, follow these steps:
2. Go to the "Settings" >> "Applications" >> "All" (the list of programs);

"The application could not be loaded due to an error 492" in Google Play
3. Now the entire list of applications, select the Google Play Store and clear data and cache;

4. Now again from the list of applications, select Services Google Play, Clear data and cache;

5. Open Google Play and then try to update or install an application. That should work.
6. If the process still does not help, perform a system restore, and then clear the application cache (Wipe Cache) cache and Dalvik (Wipe Dalvik Cache). Cleaning the cache, you can configure through phone ("Menu" - "Settings" - "Restore and Reset" - "Reset Data") or by using the Recovery (item "Wipe Cache Partition").

Note: This problem occurs if you install custom firmware - for example, Cyanogenmod. But the user mode can clear the cache, so problems can be solved similarly.

It should be noted that sometimes the 492 error is displayed when using the damaged SD-card. Therefore, if the problem still persists after the above activities, it is worth trying to format your SD-card and then re-install the application.
