One day after the Samsung Galaxy S4 has received with Vodafone branding the Android Lollipop firmware update, this will now be rolled out for the Samsung Galaxy S4 in the DBT version. The DBT version is the ungebrandete variant of the Samsung Galaxy S4. Should you not be displayed as download the firmware on your Android Lollipop Samsung Galaxy S4, then you can manually search for it. This works as follows:

Opens on your smartphone, from the Home screen: Menu -> Settings -> Options -> Device Information -> Software Updates -> Update Now

After you've tapped the entry is checked by your Samsung Galaxy S4, if a new firmware is available for download. This is now with Android Lollipop the case. The firmware can now OTA, so On the Air (wireless connection) are downloaded to your smartphone.

The update process takes about half an hour and it is empfehelnswert that the battery is fully charged before the update process will start.

We wish you much fun with lollipop on your Android Samsung Galaxy S4
